Rental Policy:

	Pet Policy: - One small pet, non-aggressive breed. $300 fully refundable pet deposit. Must have good references.
	Requirements to Rent: All applicants who are over 18 who will reside in the home will be screened. Credit, rental and criminal records are all researched. Past Credit Problems or bankruptcy is usually not a problem provided positive credit has been established.
	Cost: Every applicant will be charged a $30 fee to have the application processed. Please note we have applicants make their checks directly to the screening company. We don't make any money off the app fee!
	Our rent pricings: Hopefully you will agree our prices for rent and deposits is less than the competition. This is intentional and done for a very simple reason. We don't have or want vacant houses.
