- Pet Policy: - One small pet, non-aggressive breed. $300 fully refundable pet deposit. Must have good references.
- Requirements to Rent: All applicants who are over 18 who will reside in the home will be screened. Credit, rental and criminal records are all researched. Past credit problems or a bankruptcy is usually not a problem provided at least two years of positive credit has been established.
- Cost: Every applicant will be charged a $30 fee to have the application processed. Please note we have applicants make their checks directly to the screening company. We don't make any money off the app fee!
- Our rent pricings: Hopefully you will agree our prices for rent and deposits is less than the competition. This is intentional and done for a very simple reason. We don't have or want vacant houses. We offer the finest, cleanest homes in town with the lowest prices. Pretty smart, huh?
